  • Day 1
    Welcome to Sri Lanka - Six days tour
    Our guide will meet and greet you at your hotel/ Airport (CMB). We will collect you from any hotel or motel in the western province of Sri Lanka. We expect to start your tour at about 7:00 a.m. After briefly discussing our planned tour, let's begin a three-day tour that will offer a peaceful start to your exciting adventure in Sri Lanka. We start from your hotel, drive through highways and exit from Ambalangoda. Exploring Galle & Ambalangoda Madu River Boat Safari We welcome you to Madu River Boat Safari, your gateway to the hidden beauty of Madu Ganga in Balapitiya, Sri Lanka. Embark on an unforgettable boat ride through this enchanting lagoon, renowned for its 64 islands and rich biodiversity. We visit around ten islands in the lagoon. Our journey begins as you board our fully insured boat, navigating through a stunning natural mangrove cave. Along the way, you'll visit Cinnamon Island, where you can witness the traditional cinnamon manufacturing process. Marvel at rural fishermen in their traditional catamarans, adding to the picturesque charm of the lagoon. Keep an eye out for diverse wildlife that thrives in this serene environment. Discover a peaceful temple nestled on the Koth Duwa.
    Your boat safari will take approximately two hours. Drive through the Seniac coastal area. Ambalangoda to Galle Your journey will continue along the beautiful southern coastline from Ambalangoda to Gall, passing beautiful beaches. You will pass through tourist cities like Hikkaduwa and Rathgama, taking in the views of pristine beaches as you approach Galle. Galle Dutch Fort We welcome you to visit Galle Dutch Fort. Located in the Bay of Galle on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, the fort was built first by the Portuguese in 1588 and extensively fortified by the Dutch from 1649 onwards during the 17th century. It is a historical, archaeological, and architectural heritage monument and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit key attractions, including the Maritime Museum, the old lighthouse, charming Dutch colonial villas, and local antique shops. Japanese Peace Pagoda - Rumassala Your next visit will be to the Japanese Peace Pagoda Rumassala. This impressive pagoda, built by Japanese Buddhist monks on the hillside west of Unawatuna, is worth a visit. It is run by a Japanese priest and is surrounded on either side by Jungle Beach and Unawatuna Beach. The meaning behind the Pagoda is to symbolise peace, respect and love.

    Unawatuna Jungle Beach Your next visit will lead you to this hidden gem, which offers both adventure and stunning views as you make your way through lush jungle terrain. Only a five-minute walk from the Japanese Peace Pagoda sits Jungle Beach. The route to this beach is just as exciting as reaching it. Although this beach is growing in popularity, we think it is worth it for the adventure. A small trek through dense jungle and foliage following only a faint trail will lead you to this beach. When the foliage breaks and opens up, you will find Jungle Beach in all its glory, with stunning views of Galle Fort. Once you arrive at the beach, you’ll have time to enjoy a refreshing sea bath in the warm waters of Southern Sri Lanka's coastline, a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. Afterwards, enjoy a city tour of Galle, immersing yourself in its rich history and vibrant culture, before being dropped off at your hotel to relax for the rest of the day.
  • Day 2
    Tissamaharama & Kataragama
    After enjoying breakfast at your hotel in Galle, you will depart for Tissamaharama for an exciting safari at Yala National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. You will experience the thrill of spotting elephants, leopards, and various bird species in their natural habitat. In the evening, your guide will take you to Kiri Vehera, an ancient stupa in Kataragama, Sri Lanka. This stupa, which dates back to the 3rd century BC, is believed to have been built by King Mahasena. Then, you will visit the famous Hindu temple, Kataragama Kovil, to gain cultural experience. After visiting the above attractions, your guide will drop you off at your hotel. Then you relax for the rest of the day.

    Exploring Ella
    After breakfast, you will again be on your road trip toward Ella, a picturesque mountain town. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel in Southern Ella and visit the famous Nine Arch Bridge, a stunning colonial-era structure set amid lush greenery. Then, you'll hike to Ella Rock, Little Adam’s Peak. This three- to five-hour trek takes you through beautiful tea plantations and dense forests, rewarding you with panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. In the afternoon, cool off at Ravana Falls, where you can experience the refreshing waters and stunning natural beauty. The falls are a perfect natural spa, revitalizing your energy for further exploration. Then, immerse yourself in Ella's vibrant nightlife. Ella town's nightlife boasts various lively restaurants and bars, offering a delightful mix of local and international cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere that sets it apart from other South Asian destinations. After a delightful experience, your guide will take you to your hotel, where you can unwind and reflect on the day's events.

    Kandy - History, Culture, and Nature
    Kandy, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a city rich in history and culture, set amidst lush hills and serene landscapes, history and culture. As the last royal capital of Sri Lanka, it offers a unique blend of spirituality and beauty. Here’s a captivating two-day itinerary to explore this historic city. Arrival and Cultural Immersion Morning Departure from Ella Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at your hotel in Ella before departing for Kandy. As you journey through picturesque landscapes, anticipate the historical treasures that await you in this vibrant city. Check in to your hotel and visit the Temple of the Sacred ToothRelic. Upon your arrival in Kandy, check into your hotel and prepare for your first visit: the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa). Built between 1687 and 1707, this revered temple houses a relic believed to be a tooth of the Buddha. It’s a significant pilgrimage site for Sri Lankans and international visitors, and the atmosphere here is infused with spirituality and reverence. Take your time to explore the ornate architecture and the serene surroundings that enhance this sacred experience. Kandy Museum After immersing yourself in the temple's history, head to the Kandy Museum. Once a royal residence, this museum showcases a fascinating collection of royal regalia and artefacts that reflect the grandeur of the Kandyan kingdom. Notable exhibits include Rajasinha II's golden crown, offering a glimpse into the opulent past. Although some visitors find the layout and lighting lacking, the venue's historical significance makes it a worthwhile stop. Kandy City Tour & Walk around Kandy Lake After visiting the Bahiravokanda Vihara Buddha Statue, return to Kandy for a city tour. Visit local landmarks such as the city Centre and walk through the streets to experience Kandy’s vibrant cultural scene. Then, you will walk around Kandy Lake, also known as Kiri Muhuda or the Sea of Milk, an artificial lake in the heart of the hill city of Kandy, Sri Lanka. It was built in 1807 by King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe next to the Temple of the Tooth. It is a protected lake. Next, take a break and indulge in Sri Lankan cuisine. Try signature dishes like rice, curry, hoppers, and kottu roti, and sample traditional sweets. Bahiravokanda Vihara Buddha Statue Our next visit is to explore the Bahiravokanda Vihara Buddha Statue. This place showcases a breathtaking view of the entire Kandy town. The 88ft high statue of Buddha is something one should not miss while in Kandy. The white statue can be seen from any part of Peradeniya city as it is strategically located on top of the Bahirava Kanda (devil’s) hill. You can either climb the steps to reach the viewpoint. The beauty of the statue doubles during the night when lamps light it. This place showcases a breathtaking view of the entire Kandy town. Highlights: A panoramic view of the city, including the lake, tea factory, and football stadium; a gallery with artefacts based on Buddha's life; and a souvenir shop with lovely goodies at a much friendlier price. Kandyan Cultural Centre - The Kandyan Cultural Dance Show This is one of the most attractive shows you should visit in Kandy if you wanna experience some traditional folk dance of Srilanka. The dancers immerse themselves in the dance and entertain you with their heart and soul, not to be missed. These Dances are performed at local ceremonies and rituals using drums and costumes that are unique to each area. Among the attractions are the Dances depicting the majestic walk of the elephant, the peacock's colourful performance and the cobra's mystical movements. Return to Your Hotel: After a delightful evening at Kandyan Cultural Centre, return to your hotel to unwind and reflect on the day's experiences.
  • Day 5
    Exploring Colombo
    Main Street Market. Rise early, have breakfast at your hotel in Kandy, and then head back to Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and explore the city and Main Street Market. Your guide will escort you to the walk-in market. Jami-Ul-Alfar Mosque Next, you will visit Jami-Ul Alfar Mosque-Red Mosque. It is a historic mosque in Colombo. Construction of the Jami-Ul-Alfar Mosque commenced in 1908 and was completed in 1909. The mosque was commissioned by the local Indian Muslim community based in Pettah. Lotus Tower Next, you will visit the Lotus Tower in Colombo. This lotus-shaped structure is used for communication, observation, and leisure facilities. It is currently South Asia's tallest self-supported structure and the region's second-tallest structure. Galle Face In the evening, you will visit The Galle Face, a 5-hectare ribbon strip of land between Galle Road and the Indian Ocean, the most significant open space in Colombo. This is a popular destination for children, vendors, teenagers, lovers, kite flyers, merrymakers, and all those who want to indulge in their favourite pastimes next to the sea under the open sky. We recommend you visit 'The One Galleface shopping mall' which is a luxury shopping mall in Sri Lanka. After your visit, you will return to your hotel.

    Departure International Airport (CMB)
    Rise early and have breakfast. Then, there is an option to travel around Colombo City and shop at major shopping malls. Once your city tour finishes, we will drop you off at Colombo (CMB) airport for international travel. Safe travels!
